有关matlab电力系统仿真问题

在如图所示的电力系统中，运行之后提示的错误信息是Initial condition is outside of the limits in 'dongwending/Hydraulic Turbine and Governor/Source/servo-motor/position'。
请问应如何设置HTG,或者是其他什么原因请指出。
