【 abstract 】 : working in good psychological and physiological state and have enough business skills is the important condition of accountants to guarantee the quality of accounting job. With the continuous development of the social economic , the pace of life is speeding up, competition mechanism is changing, employment pressure is increasing and values conflict increased the pressure of accountants. Under stress, accountants' psychological and physiological and behavioral happen series of changes, directly affecting their working status and quality of accounting job. Based on the investigation and analysis of the various units, it is concluded that the current accountants ' situation, pressure source, and puts forward the psychological optimization, discusses the standard from external environment and internal environment and the optimization method on themselves.
