本实验以抚顺地区随机采集的散养及各犬场的犬血液为实验研究对象，通过光学显微镜观察、PCR检测及犬血清埃立克体抗体检验三种方法，调查并计算出犬血样中犬埃立克体阳性感染率。并选用几种药物进行对比治疗，找出治疗该病的敏感药物。实验结果表明，抚顺地区的犬群中存在犬埃立克体病，总阳性率可达10.53%。经过对比治疗可知四环素类药物是治疗该病的首选药物。

This experiment used random blood samples obtained from dogs that were kept in backyards and kennels in Fu Shun area. We used 3 methods, included microscopic inspection, PCR and detection of ehrlichia antibody in blood serum, to look for and calculate the percentage of dog blood samples that were ehrlichia antibody positive. We had also chosen several types of drug treatments in order to find out the drugs that Ehrlichia canis was susceptible to. From the experiment result, up to 10.53% of dogs in Fu Shun area had canine ehrlichiosis. In addition, from the comparison of different drug treatments, the tetracyclins were proved to be the best choice for treating canine ehrlichiosis.
