The quickest is of course a visitor's visa.
I assume you are young, so do not have much establishment like a career, family, and property in China. The visa officer will consider you very high risk of not returning. Your chance is slim.
If you want to stay longer, find a language program in an accredited college, like Seneca in Toronto. You pay about $4000 a year on tuition, improve your English and stay with your boyfriend for a year, renewable every year.
