    Attached hereto as Appendix 10.2 is an Agreement between B and MCD Co. in connection with development services and/or improvement of the appliances.     原文的意思因为是截取有些不太明确,例如,developement personnel,还有关于be placed at disposal的B公司的asset. 要确定MCD和B公司之间的关系,例如B公司是MCD的subsidiary吗之类的问题.
