You can apply USA visa in Singapore provided you hold a valid Singapore WP. You can only apply your visa 2months in advance before your departure date.
Following are the documents you need to prepare for USA visa application:
- Original passport with more than 6months validity
- 1 photo measuring 50x50mm
- Company letter indicating job title, salary, length of employment and leave period
- Evidence of fund, sufficient for your trip to USA - Recent 3 month's bank statement
- Copy of WP.
- Completed visa form DS156 and DS157 (DS157 is only for male applicants age 16-45years old). DS156 must be fill up online. http://singapore.usembassy.gov
- Visa fees: $240 non-refundable. NETS/Cash only
