This is John Smith who made a reservation in your hotel on the day of December 5.
I am sorry to inform you that I have to cancel the reservation for the Two single rooms from date Decemnber 12 to 15 due to the change of my schedual.
I feel so sorry for the inconvience to you and please let me know if I need to pay for any Liquidated damages.
