1,昨天（4月7号）我坐出租车去机场接我的父母，在路上出了交通事故。
2，我的头受伤了，感觉很疼
3，去医院检查，医生建议我卧床休息一周
4，我需要请假一周

Dear Liu:
I am so sorry that I can not go to school because I had an accident when I take the taxi to the airport for my parents yesterday .I had a headache and I was painful.I went to the hosliday and the doctor suggested me in bed for a week.
So I have to ask one week to leave,and I am sure you would so kindly to consider my healthy and agree with my agreements.

1,i took a taxi to pick up my parents at the airport,but there was a accident in the road.
2,my head hurt badly.
3, i went to a hospital ,the doctor there said i should take a break in bed for a week.
4,so i ask for leave for a week.

Sick leave
I take taxi tothe airport to meet my parents.But on the way to the airport,I had an accident. My head hurt . And then I went to the hospital,the doctor asked me stay in bed a week for rest.so i asked a week sick leave
