Me and my colleague from the head-office are planning to visit your factory on October 8th. Unfortunately, we have only this date available since the schedule is really tough. I think we can discuss all important matters during Shanghai Hardware Show and just let Dennis to check the factory during the visit. It takes not much time, 1-2 hours maximum.
Please, confirm the date ASAP.

怎样回复？人家已经叫你尽快确认上级特派员到你工厂视察日期，你还磨蹭什么？看不懂原文就请人翻译啊 。不能一个无偿的帖子帮你翻译兼回信吧 。
