关于美国签证DS160表的问题

Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence? 您这次申请签证所在国家是否是你的主要居住国？我之前去过美国，写成NO了，现在已经预约了面试，这个对签证有影响吗，需要改吗，怎么修改呢？要重新填DS160，取消面试重新预约吗？
