急求：如何将外置SD卡变成内置存储？

如题~
手机内置存储空间4G，刚买的外置SD卡（即T卡）16G，内置空间太小，离线导航包都不够，放到16G的SD卡上又读不到，所以我想把软件什么的装到外置SD卡上该怎么操作？在网上看了一些教程（教程1：http://www.anzhuo.cn/thread-263353-1-2.html
