1.一般情况用It is(was)……that…
可以强调主语、宾语、地点状语和时间状语。
.强调人时，可用that，也可用who；

不能，it is/was...that...强调句型为固定句型,判断正误的方法就是把it is/was&that去掉，仍为完整正确的一句话就是对的，不是就是强调句型用错了。
这两句话句话是对的，但是不是强调句型，是it作为形式主语，真主语是that引导的从句。
